881 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 881 platform. By registering for or accessing any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below. These terms take effect immediately and apply to all users in Malaysia.

1 Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the 881 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.

Prohibited Conduct

3 Payments, Transactions, and Currency
Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 881 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in the transaction being rejected and the account suspended for further investigation.

Processing Times and Fees

Any transaction fees charged by external financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user.
Suspected Unauthorised Transactions
881 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity. In such cases, 881 may suspend the relevant account and notify the appropriate authorities as required by law.
4 Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

- Suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or unlawful activity.
- The user's own decision to close their account upon personal request.
- Legal compliance obligations or directives from the relevant authorities.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any funds remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation and 881's determination. Accounts closed at the user's own request will be processed in accordance with standard procedures for the withdrawal of any eligible balance.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
881 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this platform.
